Part Three - Who is Conrad Murray

Again i want to make it very clear that what ever i say is not ment to defend Conrad Murray in any way. It’s just the way i look at the info we have. And i’m gonna be real honest with you now.. i know i will hurt a lot of people with what i’m about to say. But i think Conrad Murray will walk home as a free man.

I know that we don’t have all the evidence, i can only can go by the things we have seen so far. So i realize that while i’m writing down my thoughts there could also come a time that i have to change my mind about things because from the day this case will go to court there will be more evidence revealed. I think we also must brace ourselfs that there is gonna be a lot told that’s not factual and that the defence will pull every stunt they can to put the blame on Michael. The defence will even try to make it look like Michael will be the one on trial and not Conrad Murray.

I’m sure you are all wondering why i say things like that and why now in a time that peoples have there hopes up that justice will be done for Michael. Maybe i’m not making sence to you now but i hope you will stay with me and read along. I hope you will understand me better as keep on writing down not only my thoughts buts ome facts as well.

I know most of you arent’really looking forward at getting to know more about Conrad Murray. But the truth is you have to try to get to know a person better before you asume we are dealing with a dumbass doctor. So let me introduce you to Conrad Murray a bit.

First let me fill you in a bit about Conrad Murray background. Let’s start with his medical scholing:
- 1983 He got his Bachelor of science degree at Texas Southern University
- 1989 He got his Doctor of Medicine degree at Maharry Medical Collage Nashville
- 1992 He got his Internal Medicine degree at Loma Linda University Medical Centre California
- 1995 He got his Cardiologie degree at the University of Arizona Medical Centre.

Now this man want’s to make us all believe he acted like he’s some dumb doctor. If you see a list like this it seems to me that this man is pretty well educated. And we know there aren’t degrees to get at school for stupidity. Now i’m not saying with all the education he had you can’t make misstakes. After all we are all human and so is Conrad Murray, and we all make mistakes every now and than. But let’s get real if you see a list like that, you think that you are dealing with a man that knows how medicine works.

So let’s continue a bit further. Conrad Murray has Medical Licences in three states:
- Texas, this licence expires on August 31th 2010
- Nevada, this licence expires on June 30th 2011
- California, this licence expires on Februari 28th 2011

So now you would think well okay..he has his licence to practice medicine in California so things look just fine. We’ve all heard the talk go around that Conrad Murray wasn’t allowed to prescribe or administer any meds in California. Well that is not true. The point is that Conrad Murray has no DEA registration number in California. Because he doesn’t have this number he is not allowed to administer, prescribe or dispense drugs classified as scheduale 2,3,4 and 5 controled substances. This means Conrad Murray could practice medicine even give medicine as long as he didn’t give medicine classified as i just said.

I really think Conrad Murray exactly knew what he could and he couldn’t do in California. He knew he could be Michael’s doctor without breaking any law. He knew he could give any kind of meds as long as he sticked to the rules. I know many of you think Conrad Murray wasn’t allowed to administer Propofol but the fact is that Propofol wasn’t a controled substance on june25th 2009.

Enough about the medicine now..i will get back at that later again. I think there is something you should know about Conrad Murray. We’ve all heard the talks about his bad finances, some of us might even have seen courthearings about a childsuport case. I don’t know if you all remember that Conrad Murray claimed hen ever got paid for his services he give to Michael and that that was the reason he couldn’t pay childsuport... Well i don’t know how much truth is in there because Conrad Murray didn't pay childsuport before he went to work for Michael. There’s a lot of doubt about when he met Michael and when he started to work for Michael. I don’t know what is written in the contract between AEG, Michael and Conrad Murray. All we know for a fact is that this doctor was supose to go to Londen with Michael as his personal doctor. But that’s all not the point. I was trying to tell you a bit about Conrad Murray finances.

Conrad Murray has a long track history about being in debt all the time. It’s not just childsuport he didn’t pay but it’s also taxes he failed to pay. A friend of mine and me went to look if we could track some info about those Financial trouble and we were able to go as far back as June 1992. It as a hard search, and we had to dig deep to get all the info we finally got. And i will all save you the trouble having to look for that info for weeks. This information still doesn’t tell you why i think Conrad Murray is involved in the murder of Michael. But it sure tells us we are not dealing with a dumb person. And when you look at his finances it can be a hell of a motive for playing dumb and covering somebody’s back or maybe even worse. All of the sudden Conrad Murray has money to pay for childsuport...now where does the money come from...doesn't it make you all wonder? Isn't money the root of all evil?
