Part Thirty Three - Changing the Timeline

Let me start by apologizing for jumping back and forward the way i do at this moment. This all has to do a lot with things that are going on in this case right now. Somehow Conrad Murray’s Lawyers feel a huge need to talk about the timeline and proof it with a voicemail that has been put out this last week. I don’t know how this works for you but to me it’s like they try to grab every little bit of hope to clear Conrad Murray, but for me it only does the oposite.

Now first a bit about the timeline changings. We’ve all heard off or read about Conrad Murray’s decleration he give to the police. For those who don’t remember Conrad Murray told the police he give Michael 25mg Propofol at 10.40am, stayed at Michael’s side for 10 minutes and than went to the bathroom for 2 minutes and when he returned he found Michael not breathing but with a faint pulse. Conrad Murray’s lawyers made it very clear that they felt that the timeline the LAPD had written down was based on police theorie. The lawyers never made it clear to us why they claimed this.

We also know Conrad Murray has changed the timeline himself a while back and said that he found Michael around noon instead of around 11.00am. Right now his lawyers seem to say the same thing. They are doing this in interviews with tabloids, http://www.theinsider.com/news/3199577_Lawyer_Dr._Conrad_Murray_Gave_Police_Incorrect_Timeline Attorney J Michael Flanagan’s says and i quote: “the original timeline of events that Murray provided to police was incorrect.” Basicly he’s saying Conrad Murray give the wrong timeline to the police in the interview they all had with the LAPD on June 27th. So to me it seems the lawyers jumped from their story that “The timeline was based on police theorie” to the story “Our client didn’t have his facts straight when he talked to the LAPD”.

The strange thing is they want to support this with a recording from a voicemail message Conrad Murray made to one of his clients, Bob Russell. The word is that this call was made about half an hour before 911 was called, so that would be around 11.52am. This is exactly one hour later than Conrad Murray told the police in his interview with the LAPD on June27th about when he found Michael. I don’t know how this voicemail sits with you but i find it very odd that this voicemail wich is claimed to be taped on June 25th only surfaces now. If this voicemail was really from that date why didn’t Conrad Murray’s lawyers release it sooner to proof their point that the timeline was just police theorie?

At the end of the voicemail i hear a strange sound, like a person that was breathing havy. Some how i have the feeling that Conrad Murray and his lawyers are going to claim that it was Michael we heard breathing at the background.

Also another strange thing with this voicemail is that Conrad Murray’s voice seems way different than the voice we hear in the video message he made shortly after Michael was killed. The voice in that video message seems higher than the one of the voicemail message. And the accent doesn’t match up either. In the voicemail message i hear a man speaking with a voice that sounds like he just woke up or that he was under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Now i’ve also found another clip of that voicemail wich comes from radar online… I know it’s also a gossip outlet but i want you all to listen to it http://www.radaronline.com/videos#/66872310001 if you compare that voicemail with the other one from msnbc it sounds way more like the video message Conrad Murray made. So we have to wonder about a few things here.

- Why did this story about this voicemail come out sooner?
- Are both clips from part of the same voicemail recording?
- If they are part of the same voicemail recording than how can it be that the voices seem different in both voicemail clips?
- If they are not part of the same voicemail recording than why are there two clips?
- If they are not part of the same voicemail recording than wich one is real?
- Or are both voicemail recordings a set up for giving Conrad Murray an excuse about the timeline and neither one of these two voicemails is real?

Well i’m just gonna tell you what i think about these voicemail recording. The thought i have is that one of these voicemails might be real but the message is something totally different than it litterly says. I can’t stop but wonder what if this voicemail was made to make it clear that the job was done? A way to let the other side know that Michael was gone? At the same time Conrad Murray leaving this voicemail message behind also gives him an opertunity to try and clear his name.

I know that what i’m saying might be a far stretch, but you all know that i believe there are more people involved, and this voicemail recording might just prove that there were indeed more people involved. I guess it all depends on the view you have on everything that has hapend to Michael. Not only your view on what happend on June 25th but also your view on what happend before and after that faithfull day, June 25th 2009.
