Part Nine - Strange Contradictions

I was looking for some information about security in the search warrant and affidavit. Then i stumbled on something i must have missed before or slipt my mind because of something else. If i start to explain it i think i’m not the only one saying a few words, wich i won’t repeat, when i found it again. I give you all the link to the warrant and affidavit again so it’s easier for you to look it up http://www.scribd.com/doc/19058649/Michael-Jackson-search-warrant

The thing i’m talkin gabout is on page 19 of the search warrant. I bet you all remember that i already told you that Conrad Murray called Michael’s personal assistant for help and to sent security upstairs. According to Conrad Murray security didn’t come and after a few minutes he ran downstairs to the kitchen and asked the chef to sent Prince upstairs Conrad Murray returned and continued CPR. Now what i read after that made me use the bad words…In the search warrant it says and i quote: “P.Jackson responded upstairs and summoned the security detail.”

Now what does that mean? Did Prince go upstairs or didn’t he? I remember the first rumours about it that Prince did go upstairs..but soon after those rumours it was the chef who came on tv with her side of the story saying that Conrad Murray called out for Prince but that Prince never went upstairs.

Another strange thing is if you look at the timeline that is in the warrant and affidavit it would be about 11.00AM when Conrad Murray ran downstairs. But we all heard the chef say that Conrad Murray didn’t come down until about 12.10pm. I know it’s easy to make a mistake about the time..we all do that sometimes when we look at a clock and think that it’s 2pm when it’s actually 1pm or the other way around. But mostly we find out within minutes that we made a mistake about the time. So that makes you wonder who is telling the truth here…who has got the timing wrong? Is it the chef or Conrad Murray? Or is it like the lawyers of Conrad Murray keep telling that it’s only police theory in that search warrant and affidavit?

Let’s asume that what is written down by the police is right and Prince did go upstairs (wich i’m still not sure of that that happend) and called for security than why did it take more than one hour for the security guard that went upstairs to Michael’s room to call 911.

Now let’s asume for a minute that the chef is right and she didn’t mistake the time. That Conrad Murray didn’t come down before 12.10pm why did it still have to take about 10 minutes before the security guard to call 911.

And now let’s assume something totally different here…and i know you are not gonna likei t…but keep in mind it’s just assuming not a fact. Think about that Conrad Murray’s lawyers are right and it’s all police theory and they just put a time line in the warrant that Conrad Murray never give. I’m saying this because i find it difficult to believe that with everything going on in Michael’s house that morning you would remember a timeline that accurate as it is given in the search warrant and affidavit. I’m not saying that even if it’s all based on police theory that the police is wrong, because a theory comes out of combining things they have found and that can give you more information about how and when things could have happend. Listen closley what i say “could have” that doesn’t mean it “did” happen.

I first felt that when i heard what the chef was telling about what she saw that happend was very truthfull, and it made me even more convinced about Conrad Murray’s guilt. But now i wonder how convinient the timing was for the chef to come out and tell her story.

At the same time the chef came out to tell what she experienced she was also promoted her upcomming book. She did that all on the same time. Did she want to come out and share with us what she witnessed? Or was telling her side of the story just an excuse to promote her upcomming book? What was the thing that was really on her agenda? Maybe, just maybe it was all a coïncidence that it turned out the way it did for the chef.

Please don’t take that what i’m saying is ment to discredit the chef in any kind of way or to say that she’s a liar. Nor am i trying to clear Conrad Murray in any way. But all of this is making my doubts, about what really happend, worse by the minute. I just hope that some day we will find out who’s telling the truth about the timeline, was it the chef, the police, or is it all just like Conrad Murray’s lawyers say a police theory?

  1. No police theory here. They were referring to what Murray stated to the police officers.

  2. I just saw Latoya in an interview and she said Prince did go upstairs. They discussed the effect this could have on him. I don't get why the chef said he didn't go upstairs. Someone is not telling the truth. Why?
