Part Nineteen - Conrad Murray versus Nurse Lee

At this point i want to take you back to the search warrant and affidavit again http://www.scribd.com/doc/19058649/Michael-Jackson-search-warrant This because i mentioned nurse Lee giving interviews to the media before she went to the authorities with her storie. I know most of you all found out about the propofol because nurse Lee mentioned it in the media before anybody else did, but the truth is this doesn’t matter at all. The thing that matters most is where did the LAPD first hear about the propofol and as i already explaind that person was Conrad Murray himself. Don’t ask me why he did mention it to them and not to the EMT’s or the doctor at the hospital, i really can’t answer that one with facts. The only thing i can think of why he didn’t mention it to them is because he wanted to hide something.

On page 20 of the warrant and affidavit Conrad Murray starts to talk about other doctors who give Michael propofol and other meds in the past. According to Conrad Murray he got this information from Michael himself. The strange thing is that Conrad Murray or his lawyers at one point said Conrad Murray didn’t know about Michael’s medical/drug problems. So once more we have a contradiction here, wich imo proves we are dealing with a man who knew very well what he was talkin gabout and what he was doing. If it’s true he got the information from Michael himself i don’t know. All i can say is he knew about Michael’s medical record somehow because he mentioned the use of propofol in the past, and that other doctors give Michael meds that didn’t work. He even mentioned some other doctors names such as dr. Klein, dr Metzger and dr Adams. In this part of the search warrant he even referes to nurse Lee as dr. Lee.

Why don’t we all take a look at what he said on june 27th to the LAPD about nurse Lee. Conrad Murray says that after he say injection marks on Michael’s hands and feed he asked Michael about that and according to CM and i quote from the affidavit “Jackson stated that doctor Cherilyn Lee had been giving him a “coctail” to help him. Murray believed the coctail to be a propofol (diprivan) mix.” There is no explenation given why he believes this “coctail” was a propofol mix.

We all know now that on june 29th nurse Lee came out with her story. The thing that i kept asking myself is why did she come out. At first i thought it was because she wanted to help to put the investigation on the right track. But than i heard her say she didn’t go to the police to talk about that, wich i feel is the wrong way to do. I mean i can imagne if she is telling the truth that she wanted to be heard but why not try to contact the authorities first and when that doesn’t work than you turn to te media. Also i felt at first she was trying to clear Michael’s name by stating loud and clear she never saw signs that Michael was addicted. That was all untill after i read the search warrant and affidavit again and took another look at what CM said about her. Now i’m more like ok i totally understand now why she talked to the press first. To me it looks like she somehow smelled she had to come out and tell her story to the public to sidetrack us. After reading this and thinking about it i’m even thinking that her statement had nothing to do with clearing Michael’s name or helping the investigation, but that she did all this to clear nobody else but herself. She knew it would be just a matter of time untill the LAPD would ask her about Michael and to cover her own butt she made sure she was one step ahead of them by putting her story out like that.

Since i mention that Conrad Murray told the LAPD nurse Lee give Michael a coctail to help him i think it’s only fair to take a look at what nurse Lee herself has to say about this coctail. She firmly denies she ever give Michael propofol and that the coctail that Conrad Murray was talking about was a Meyers coctail. A Myers cocktail is an an intravenous blend of vitamins and minerals, it includes magnesium, calcium, several B vitamins and vitamin C.. Nurse Lee said Michael wanted it so he would have more energy. Now we have two things that are kind of contradicting eachother. I bet you all remember that nurse Lee talked about Michael having trouble sleeping and ask her for propofol. On the other hand she says he wanted something that give him more energy. If a person is looking so hard for something to get him to sleep, why would he ask for something that gives him just the opposite?

Please don’t get me wrong i’m not saying nurse Lee is lying, but i don’t think she is telling the whole truth either. If you look at both nurse Lee and Conrad Murray they both have something to do with holistic medicine, even though i couldn’t find anything sof ar that relates Conrad Murray to holistic medicine, people keep saying he was a holistic doctor. It could very well be that this is how nurse Lee and Conrad Murray got connected with eachother.

They seem to be fingerpointing at eachother very much and that gives me a very uncomfortable feeling. They both claim that one of Michael’s children having a cold is how they met Michael, they both say Michael asked/begged for propofol. And for me it feels like there is something going on between CM and nurse Lee, but so far i haven’t been able to put my finger on what it is that gives me this creepy feeling.
