Part Thirty - The Charges ar In

I need to step away from the things i was writing so far because of some developments in Michael’s Murder. Finally after more then seven months Conrad Murray has been charged. This after a week of speculation all over the net. It was almost like a ping-pong match..Yes today charges are gonna be filed and then at the time the charges were expected no charges came. This happend all between Februari 1st 2010 and Februari 5th 2010.

During this week of controverse fans started all kind of fan actions such as making phonecalls to the D.A office and LAPD, sending emails to the D.A office, creating profile pics for their facebook accounts to show the want to see justice done for Michael. And on top of that fans who could go to the courthouse on Monday februari 8th went to let their voices be heard there. The fans who were outside the courtroom had different signs, all ment to be asking for justice for Michael. Every fan in the whole World hoped they would see Conrad Murray handcuffed when he arrived. And when we could all watch and see Conrad Murray walk in without cuffs the anger and dissapointment built up inside all fans.

On Monday Februari 8th Conrad Murray was charged for Involantary Manslaughter (papers for the charge) and he had to come to a hearing at the LAX Courthouse. As expected Conrad Murray pleaded “Not Guilty” to those charges. The D.A requested a bail of 300,000 dollars, but in the end bail was set at 75,000 dollar. Three times the amount of what is normal for somebody who is charged with Involantary Manslaughter. Conrad Murray is not allowed to travel outside the U.S.A but is allowed to travel within country borders. Conrad Murray has to provide fingerprints and DNA samples to the D.A. There is a second hearing set for April 5th.

Also the medical board wanted to prevoke Conrad Murray’s medical licence for California and Texas. The Judge overruled the medical board by letting Conrad Murray be able to practice medicine. However the Judge did say that Conrad Murray was not allowed to posses, precribe o radminister anastethics. Personally i find this ruling strange since the report of the medical board cleare says they feel Conrad Murray is a threat to the public http://tmz.vo.llnwd.net/o28/newsdesk/tmz_documents/0208_medical_docs.pdf (page 3 line 24-26). The medical board will appeal to surpreme court to prevoke his Medical Licence again.

I have to admit at first i felt angry and dissapointment too. It just didn’t seem fair to charge Conrad Murray with just one thing and what even looks less fair is the fact he is charged with Involantary Manslaughter. But now i’ve slept for a few hours and i had time to think about it some more, things like why now after more than 7 months do they come up with only this. The more i think about it the more these charges sound to me as just the beginning of more to come toward Conrad Murray and maybe even others.

The thing is at this point they can’t charge Conrad Murray with any degree of Murder because they can’t proof the smoking gun was in his hands. So these charges are actually a good thing. This way the D.A and the LAPD don’t have to hand over all the evidence they got that could bring higher charges in the end, they only have to show the evidence regarding Involantary Manslaughter. Meanwhile Conrad Murray has to give fingerprint and DNA so the D.A can try to proof he had the smoking gun in his hand. This is just the kind of evidence i said in one of my earlier notes the D.A would need to link him as the person who give the lethal amount of propofol to Michael.

Yes they could have just gotten a court order for Conrad Murray to give fingerprints and DNA but by doing that they would have put de defence on the track of how they are looking into this case. The thing you don’t want in a case like this is to give the defence any chance to prepare themselfs months in advance. You want to keep them in the dark as long as possible. Now with coming up with these charges the court ruled Conrad Murray just has to provide the fingerprints and DNA so the D.A doesn’t have to build there case for a court order to get permission to get these. This way the D.A and LAPD get to protect everything else they are looking into.

So i guess we have to wait and see if the D.A will be able to link Conrad Murray to the lethal shot or not. If they can’t link him to that they won’t be able to raise charges to a higher level. So let’s say the worse thing that could happen is that they can’t link Conrad Murray to that shot and the DNA and fingerprints don’t match to the fingerprints and DNA they already found that would take this whole case to another level. That would mean that there would be others involved indeed.

Don’t get me wrong again i’m not saying Conrad Murray isn’t involved, because i’ve stated many times already that i feel Conrad Murray is playing his part in this very well and he is involved in this someway at some level. It is also no secret tha i’ve always believed others are involved here. And although now it looks like there isn’t gonna be justice done i really feel there is way more to come. If you are already in shock over what is happening now than i warn you to all brace yourselfs and eathother because my guts tell me there are things comming out in the near future that will totally rock and shock our World. It’s very important to not loose Faith rightnow, i know it’s hard not to loose it with everything going on but you all have to keep the Faith in Justice For Michael.

Two hours after this first hearing Conrad Murray made bail and was allowed to walk out of the court as a free but charged man. The strange thing about this is that nobody saw him leave. It’s almost like they used his lawyers coming outside as a decoy to get Conrad Murray out of the courthouse a safe way. Even though i really wanted him to face the fans while coming out i do think it was a good decicion to act this way. Because although the charges right now don’t look like they are gonna bring Michael any justice, if this Conrad Murray would get shot or harmed in any other way before or during any trial than there really would be no justice.
